The Conflict Capable method was created by fusing Anna's experience as a civil mediator, conflict resolution consultant, Non-violent Communication (NVC) practitioner, and facilitator to solve the universal problem of workplace conflict. People will learn to address conflict confidently and directly as peers. Everyone will be given the same tools to enable them to have difficult conversations regarding conflict.
