Matt Lunde has been in the real estate business for just over 18 years. He has been the broker/owner of Dwell Realty Partners for the last 7 years. Matt truly puts his clients first often thinking about the resale of a property for buyers, and how to get the top dollar for sellers. His business is almost completely referral based which shows the relationships he has cultivated with his past, present, and future clients. When he isn't working he is spending as much time as possible with his wife April and their three children Simon, Hazel, and Miles. They love to travel to new places and spend time on Lake Minnetonka during the summer months.
