VIPs will arrive early for an open bar with apps in the sunken garden.

VIP Start time: 4:30pm 
4:30pm-6pm Open bar with appetizers in the Sunken Garden 
6pm: General admission  social hour, cash bar
6:45pm: Take seats for dinner
7pm: Plated dinner is served and board presentation
8pm: Dessert & Dancing 
9:30pm Late night snack

Dress code: Formal
Long dresses and suits/jackets are heavily encouraged.

$15 Party bus pick-up add-on (per person)
VIP Party Bus Pick-up at 4pm
GA Party Bus Pick-up at 5:30pm
Both pick-up locations downtown.
